TERMS
A 50% deposit is required on all Taxidermy work. Upon completion of your mount, you will be billed for the balance due, plus crating and shipping if applicable.
All tanning is accepted at owner’s risk. All rush orders are 50% extra, pedestal mounts which include solid wood base are 2x cost of shoulder mount. ½ life-size mounts are 70% of life-size price. All life-size trophies include a simple free style base. Custom hardwood base with appropriate habitat adds 15% to life-size cost. Open mouth features on selected mounts range from $150-$250 extra. Prices subject to change without notice.
With this notice, Wilderness Taxidermy hereby declares the following financial details. When an item is either brought in for mounting or tanning, the customer must pay a fifty percent (50%) deposit. Items not picked up within six (6) months of first notice will become property of Wilderness Taxidermy and are subject to sale for balance.
Shipping and crating are extra. All brokerage fees and customs clearing charge on overseas shipments are to be paid by the client. The required deposits are to be used to cover initial cost of labor, and required expense from tanning and mounting materials. Please understand this business can only continue to provide a high level of excellence by operating with good business practices.
The prices above include the cost of having your skins professionally tanned. We use only the finest forms and museum quality eyes in all of our custom designed pieces. Our 40 years involvement in the art of taxidermy ensures you the finest craftsmanship at any price.
